The space

Professional full service turnover that includes cleaning, fresh linens, towels, soaps etc. Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, kcup machine, dishes, silverware and pots pans. One queen bed and two twin beds (daybed + trundle). Free high speed WiFi. Includes one assigned parking space free of charge.

***Please note - While the building itself has a lovely ocean view, this unit does not***

***The unit is a 355SF studio, it is larger in that other units with exterior balconies are usually smaller***

Additional notes

-No pets allowed, $500 fine will incur if evidence of pets are found
-No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors, hallway or premises of the building, $500 fine for each violation
-No events, parties or gathering of any kind, $500 fine for each violation
-No late checkout, you must be out before 10am as the cleaners will be showing up at that time. A $200 fee for a late checkout violation.
-must be at least 25 to book
-2+ positive reviews preferred
-photo id may be required upon check in
-There is a video doorbell installed on the exterior of the home on the front door as a theft deterrent. No cameras are placed inside. The camera may be on and used to verify compliance with rental policies. Tampering, unplugging or disabling the video doorbell may result in a fine of $500 per incident and may result in eviction. Please do not unplug any wall adapters or power strips these effect the internet, door lock and the security camera, you will be charge for a service fee to send a tech to fix it.

TRASH AND RECYCLING: Please be sure to recycle. Please be kind enough to take out the trash and deposit in the large green trash receptacle. This is located on the pathway next to Eat. You will see the gate and sign indicating where to deposit trash.

DEPARTURE CONDOKEEPING: Please make sure to wash all dirty dishes on your check-out day put them away, and take out your final trash. Also, double check that you have not left anything behind. Please leave the bed linens on the beds but put all towels in the bathroom.
